About our privacy policy

We care about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and we are careful with the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website, subscribed events, all events that we organize on the track but also to keep customers informed about events and any changes or amendments to the policy.

We collect data for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with our customers. To reserve / book events we ask customers to create an account by completing a registration process. You will then receive a personal page that allows you to see which events you are registered for and update your personal information at any time. Without the data that we ask for during the registration process, registration is unfortunately not possible. For the newsletters we send, you need to register separately for each BV. You can unsubscribe by using an unsubscribe link in a news message. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 01/12/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with respect to the personal data you have provided to us. Webshop software

Django & UWKM

Our websites are developed with software from Django. The information you provide us for our services is shared with this party. Django and UWKM have access to your data to provide us with technical support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Django & UWKM are obliged by the agreement we made with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Django uses cookies to store technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Django reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies to further improve its services.

Webhosting

TransIP

We use web hosting and e-mail services provided by TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the Services. This is not personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the agreement, TransIP is bound to secrecy.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp & TransIP

Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles the email traffic coming from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation e-mails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the MailChimp & TransIP servers. MailChimp and TransIP will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this link, you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data are stored securely by MailChimp & TransIP. MailChimp & TransIP use cookies and other internet technologies that give insight in whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp & TransIP reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this, to share information with third parties.

Payment processors

MultiSafepay & Rabobank

For the processing of (part of) the payments in our shop we use the platforms of MultiSafepay & Rabobank. MultiSafepay & Rabobank process your name, address and city details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay & Rabobank have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay and Rabobank reserve the right to use your data to further improve their services and in this context to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards for the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of MultiSafepay's and Rabobank's services for which they engage third parties. MultiSafepay & Rabobank will not retain your data any longer than is legally permitted.

Invoicing and bookkeeping

Quickstart

For keeping our records and accounts we use the services of Quickstart. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. These details are used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Exact is required to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data with the utmost confidentiality. Exact does not use your personal data for any purpose other than those described above.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We will not use your details for (targeted) marketing. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. You can send a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address we have on record that the data have been modified.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to limit the data that we process, or have processed, which relate to or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address we have on record that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right of transferability

You always have the right to have the data we process, which relate to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all the information about you that we have processed or that has been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf at the email address provided to us.
